| HellRazor started
playing music as a band back in the late 80's. It didn't take long for
their rock sound to catch on and by the early 90's they could be found
playing large outside gigs and in clubs all over the Oklahoma area. Their
fan base grew with each new gig and it became a normal routine for the
county and local police to attend their gigs for crowd control purposes.
Or perhaps, they enjoyed HellRazor's music as much as the fans who
attended the gigs. In the Fall of 1993, Guitarist- Paul Mullins left the band for health reasons. The group parted ways but remained in contact with each other. Because of demand and requests, HellRazor reunited for a few gigs and recorded some tracks in Muskogee, Oklahoma in Rob Muller Studio's after which the band members went their own way once again. Each Member played with several bands after the break up. Each had small success but never achieved a following as large as with HellRazor. A following which still continues to this day. Late in 2003, Allen Powell, vocals and Paul Mullins, guitars, starting writing and recording and felt that their music should be published. In 2007, they signed with Brimstone Records llc. Thier first release 'HellRazor' hit the music store shelves December 1st, 2007. Ask for it everywhere great rock music is sold. Or, you can get a copy online at UROK Music Store and various other online locations. The band members of HellRazor are once again making music as time permits. Allen and Paul, at this time, are working on their 2nd HellRazor Album with the full HellRazor band, Richard on drums and Frank on bass. They hope everyone will enjoy the 1st Album which includes their sounds from the 80's and 90's. The 2nd Album is going to be even better than the first, written by a seasoned song writing team that is truly the sound of HellRazor. |
